Father's Day Weekend

Came home to Asheboro to hang out with dad. On the way home I stopped to get his gifts. Thankfully his lists are always quite detailed and usually have affordable items on them :) After a yummy steak dinner mom and I went out invitation, recipe, and Julie's birthday shopping. I found it quite hilarious that the only place in all of Asheboro to sell recipe cards was The Dollar Tree. Today I will begin the day with yet more shopping. This time with dad. We have to go to the post office and Walmart. Beer and stamps are necessities you know. After that I will lounge in the neighbor's pool for most of the day.

The First

So here I am at a blogging and podcasting workshop... Of course that means I now have a blog! It will be about my day to day life for now. Hopefully some fun and exciting events will happen in order to make it worth your time to read. :) I will tell you that I learned that having an RSS makes adding blogs to aggregators much easier. I need to figure out how to add that to mine. I suppose I should pay attention now.
